Dr. Alice Rothchild, is a retired obstetrician-gynecologist who worked in the health care reform and women’s movements for many years. She contributed to the first edition of Our Bodies, Ourselves, joined women’s consciousness raising activities, and worked for health care reform on the grassroots level. Since 1997, she has focused much of her energy on understanding the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, leading many delegations to Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza. http://alicerothchild.com/
