Fady Khoury of Adalah (The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel) and Dr. Alice Rothchild of JVP's Health Advisory Council will be speaking about the context and content of Israel's Nation State Law (Basic Law) and what it means for Palestinians, not just in 48 but also in the West Bank. This law makes Israel's apartheid system official and has dire consequences for Palestinians. The presentation will take the place of JVP Boston's regular monthly meeting.
