September 29 DEADLINE for Capital Hilton Hotel rooms for the Arab America Institute’s Kahlil Gibran Spirit of Humanity Awards, Oct 23, 2025

We are less than a month away from Gibran! And we hope we will see you on Thursday, October 23, 2025 as we welcome its return at the Capital Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC. 

The Capitol Hilton has offered discounted hotel rooms for Gibran guests. The cutoff date for hotel rooms is this MONDAY September 29th. So be sure to book vour hotel rooms this weekend as rooms are filling up. 

Earlier this week, we announced we would be presenting the 2025 Gibran Award for Institutional Excellence to the Legal Defense Fund and were pleased to share that LDF President and Director-Counsel Janai Nelson will be joining us to accept the award. This follows our previous announcement of a Special Recognition Award to the Journalists of Gaza with award-winning photojournalist Motaz Azaiza joining us to accept the award.
