The Judaization of the Holy City: An Interactive Convening on the Jerusalem Metropolitan Bill
At this interactive convening on Zoom, participants will be invited to generate interfaith wisdom for collective action opposing the Jerusalem Metropolitan Bill and the colonization of the West Bank.
While the genocidal crisis continues in Gaza, the Judaization of Jerusalem and plans for the full annexation of the West Bank are quietly being engineered through legal maneuvers by the State of Israel.
The Jerusalem Metropolitan Bill is one of these legal tactics. The bill proposes to legally annex settlement blocs north, east, and south of Jerusalem impacting the future of nearby Palestinian villages.
This convening will provide background on the Jerusalem Metropolitan Bill, as well as stories from impacted villages on the ground.
