For the East Coast 8 p.m. July 11 to 8 p.m. July 12.
On July 12, 2025, the world is coming together for the Fourth Annual 24-Hour Peace Wave — and you are warmly invited to join us.
What is it?
The Peace Wave is a 24-hour Zoom event filled with live peace actions from every corner of the globe — following the sun across time zones. From city streets to village squares, people will gather to express their hope and demand for a peaceful, nuclear-free world through rallies, music, speeches, murals, dances, peace actions, and more.
This year’s Peace Wave we are honoring the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the end of the Second World War. Together, we will reflect, remember, and say with one voice: Never Again. It’s a call to action — to abolish nuclear weapons and build a future rooted in peace and justice. We will also showcase peace activities taking place across various regions.
We hope you will take part — in whatever way feels right for you:
Host or join an action in your region – big or small, every ripple counts.
