Our statewide antiwar coalition will bring its monthly protest series back to Portland in June. Children in Gaza are losing their sight due to prolonged starvation by Israel blocking food from entering, and losing their lives when Israel bombs them. This week Israel admitted bombing Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis in order to assassinate journalist Hassan Asli who was hospitalized after being firebombed for reporting on Gaza.

Also of note: NATO will hold a summit in Ohio in the week after we meet. It’s proxy war on Russia via Ukraine drags on despite its evident failure. NATO officials have sabotaged numerous peace talks in that conflict. Will they resolve to continue blocking any diplomatic resolution of that war?
