CLE: Habeas Corpus Training for Lawyers and Law Students

This training will cover what Habeas is, how to file, and how to support a Habeas filing in court. We will also discuss the difference between a petition for declaratory relief versus habeas corpus and when each is more appropriate.

This training is sponsored by the National Lawyers Guild International Committee and the San Francisco Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.

Attendance at this training for the full time will give 1.5 CLE credits.

The cost of attendance for attorneys is $65. Law student attendance is free.
