Press Conference: Historic ICC Filing Targets U.S. Officials’ Role in Gaza Genocide

Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN) invites you to a virtual press conference on Monday, February 24, at 11:00 AM ET, where DAWN will announce the filing of a 172-page referral to the International Criminal Court (ICC), urging an investigation into President Biden, Secretary Blinken, Secretary Austin, and others for their roles in aiding and abetting Israeli war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

This is the first formal request to investigate U.S. officials under Article 15 of the Rome Statute for their involvement in providing weapons, intelligence, and diplomatic cover for Israeli crimes. The referral documents how their actions meet the legal standard for aiding and abetting under Articles 25(3)(c) and (d), including their role in war crimes like starvation, targeting civilians, and genocide.
