Professor Ian Lustik, from UPenn, and Professor Leila Farsakh, political economist from UMass Boston, will be the speakers.
This panel seeks to problematize the current approaches of foreign actors toward Israel/Palestine. The speakers will provide a critical overview of these approaches by addressing the barriers both externally and on the ground that inhibit a just resolution, including the most recent “Deal of the Century.” In this process, the panel will provide alternative frameworks for analyzing the Israel/Palestine case and how that can inform future policy.
Location: Cabot 7th floor, The Fletcher School, Tufts University. 160 Packard Avenue, Medford, MA 02155-7082
Food will be served.
