Early Birds Gaza Protest - L3Harris stock is among weapons stocks that Smith students are demanding that the school sell. The Northampton L3 plant, one of 300 L3 facilities, employs about 200 workers, making submarine periscopes and electro-optical targeting equipment for navy guns. We will urge the L3 employees to join us in demanding that L3 stop sending weapons to Israel and that the corporation convert to peace-work. Vigil Wednesdays noon-1, First Congregational Church - 12 School St, Rockport, MA (silent for peace)
Weekly Vigil for Palestine! Every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm join us by the Jackson Mann Community Center / the intersection of Brighton & Harvard Avenue, Allston MA to bring to the forefront of consciousness for our community that Gaza is actively being starved!
We provide signs but feel welcome to create your own as desired too. We do this because as we live our lives here in Boston the people of Gaza have had their lives put on hold. Take the time to be in community with like minded people who care and are organizing as well as to chat with neighbors and folks who pass by and are wondering about what we’re doing. Being in community takes action, come out and join us! We hope to see you there, masked up! 🕊️(2) Instagram / @abforpalestine
*********************(and against ICE and Fascism)******************
Standouts are held outside the ICE Field Office in Burlington on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (1000 District Ave) to show love and support for immigrants and to bear witness to the cruel and unconstitutional actions of our government. Regardless of your views on other political issues, if you support immigrants and their constitutional rights and are committed to nonviolence, you are welcome to join. We hope this will inspire others around the country to do the same in their communities where ICE is located. See How to Organize a Bearing Witness Standout in your area, and please share.
