Vigil for Palestine, 7:30-8:15 a.m. every Wednesday, South Royalton, VT - the bridge at the junction of Route 110 and 114. Hosted by Vermont Peace/Anti-War Coalition
Wednesday, January 29, 2-3 pm, at Rep. Chris Pappas's office, 660 Central Ave., Dover (alternating weekly with Senator Shaheen’s office)
-Wednesday, February 19, 2-3 pm, at Sen. Jeanne Shaheen's office, 2 Washington St., Dover Vigil for Peace: (alternating weekly with Rep Chris Pappas’ office) - SPECIAL MESSAGE AND ACTION THIS WEEK - Ask Sen. Shaheen to Stand up to Trump and Netanyahu! We are calling on peace activists to join us this coming week for a special edition of our weekly Ceasefire Vigil. Here's why: NHPA has been contacted by national groups asking for our help to interrupt Pres. Trump's stated plans to ethnically cleanse Gaza. Our action is critical because Senator Shaheen is a - maybe THE - key person to stand up to Trump on this, ideally by introducing a JRD (Joint Resolution of Disapproval) for the $8 Billion in weapons that Pres. Trump plans to send to Israel.
We will deliver a letter to her office while others display our CEASEFIRE Banner across from her office. Your presence is all we need. If you want to make a sign, we'd like a coordinated message with signs such as: Stop Weapons to Israel; Save Gaza; No Forced Relocations!
Every Wednesday - UPPER VALLEY, 3:00 - 4:00 PM, VIGIL for a permanent Ceasefire Now! in Gaza and the West Bank on Ledyard Bridge between Hanover, NH and Norwich, VT.
Wednesdays - RANDOLPH, 4:00 - 4:30 PM in front of Northfield Savings Bank.
Wednesdays - BURLINGTON, 5:15 - 5:45 PM, in front of the UU at the top of Church Street.
