What goes on during this event? - Together we can discuss updates on Palestine, Sudan, Congo & other countries currently affected by Western imperial violence.

Co-create & body double while listening to one another, you are welcome to draw, fidget, etc

There will be a general structure to the group, but not one so rigid that it takes away from the natural flow of the group

The group will close with a form of meditation, poem, reflection, etc. Anything that can help us transition from the group back and to our evenings
