Project Esther is a playbook from the Heritage Foundation for dismantling the Palestinian rights movement, especially on college and university campuses, during the Trump administration. Project Esther seeks to strip away the First Amendment-protected rights to freedom of speech, press, assembly, and petition of all Americans.
