Phyllis Bennis is a fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies and co-director of its New Internationalism Project. A longtime advocate for Palestinian rights, she co-founded the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights, advises Jewish Voice for Peace, and has addressed the UN on Middle East policy. She is the author of several books, including Ending the Iraq War and Calling the Shots: How Washington Dominates Today’s UN.
