Join @asians4palestinedmv for our Launch Event geared towards harnessing the power of art to raise material support for families in Palestine (keep an eye out for a separate post highlighting where the funds will be going and how folks can still support the families we are in contact with if not able to attend)!
We also envision this space as a place for Asian community members and organizations in the DMV to connect with organizations fighting for Palestinian liberation in the DMV, and building cross-movement solidarity.
The past few years have shown us that spontaneous rebellions and reactions to crises alone will not win our collective liberation. We believe that each of us have the power and responsibility to shape change through organizing ourselves and our communities as active agents, responsible for building a better world, together.
Join us on the 24th to get plugged in, learn about ongoing organizing for Palestine and by/for our local Asian communities, and support direct redistribution of resources to Palestinian families on the ground.
