Join Jewish Voice for Peace - Baltimore THIS Sunday, 8/24 from 3-4:30pm at Homewood Friends in Charles Village (3107 N. Charles Street) for "Life in Occupied Palestine", a discussion with Laila Hasan. Laila is the co-founder of Women in Hebron, a Palestinian nonprofit fair trade cooperative. She will share about the on the situation on the ground in the West Bank, resistance through traditional Palestinian embroidery, and engage in conversation with our moderator and attendees.

Tea and light refreshments will be served, and beautiful examples of tatreez embroidery will be available for purchase. This is a free event. Masks are encouraged and will be provided.
