Tell Congress to Block the Bombs! JVP Baltimore Day of Action

All day Tuesday, 8/19, join us in a day of action for Palestine. Call any time during the day, or join our virtual Power Hour on Zoom at 2 PM.

Our goal is to generate as many calls as possible throughout the day to our representatives' Maryland offices, letting them know we want them to cosponsor the Block the Bombs Act (H.R. 3565) and stop sending weapons to Israel.

During our 2 PM Power Hour we'll learn more about H.R. 3565, then contact our reps and ask them to cosponsor this bill. We'll also hear from JVP Baltimore member and International Solidarity Movement organizer Nikki Morse, who will report back on conditions in the West Bank from their recent solidarity visit to the Jordan Valley, with particular focus on the role of U.S. imperialism in supporting the settler movement in its ethnic cleansing of Palestine.
