DEADLINE July 11 before 5:00 PM to register to testify on H. 1763 - An Act relative to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition of antisemitism

Time allowed for testimony is typically 3 minutes per person but they have had arbitrary time limits for panels (like 3 mins for 1st person and 2 mins for each additional speaker)

Please also submit a copy of your testimony whether written or spoken to both your state legislators 

If you miss the deadline to register, you can sign up at the door day of for in-person testimony only

Hearing 7: July 15, 2025 at 1:00 pm - Virtual or Room A2 Massachusetts State House – Room A-2, Massachusetts State House, 24 Beacon St., Boston, MA

The public is invited to participate in the Joint Committee on the Judiciary's hearing on July 15, 2025 at 1:00pm.  Please note that the Chair will limit testimony at his discretion. Individuals who wish to testify virtually at this hearing must register by completing this form before 5:00 pm on Friday, July 11, 2025Hearing 7: July 15, 2025 at 1:00 pm

Online registration will CLOSE at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025. Those wishing to testify virtually will not be able to sign up after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025. 

Those who sign up to testify virtually will receive further instruction on how to participate in the hearing by email AFTER the registration deadline expires. 

Those wishing to testify in person are encouraged to register in advance by using this form. You may also register in person at the time of the hearing.

Individuals may submit written testimony to the Committee, until the Committee takes action on the bill, via mail addressed to the Judiciary Committee at 24 Beacon Street, Room 136, Boston, MA 02133 or by emailing all testimony for House bills to Talia.Quinn@mahouse.gov and testimony for all Senate bills to Kyle.Fields@masenate.gov.
