Dr. Ahmet Tekelioglu, one of the Tribunal’s jurors, will offer brief remarks during the press conference, which will feature the formal release of the Tribunal’s report and findings and charging statement. The report focuses on the complicity of the U.S. government in war crimes and genocide in Gaza, drawing on testimony, legal analysis, and documentation presented to the Tribunal over the past several months.

Following the public event, copies of the report will be delivered directly to Senator John Fetterman and other officials named in the findings. The full report will then be made available to the public.

CAIR-Philadelphia remains committed to upholding international law, human rights, and the principles of justice. The Tribunal’s findings are a sobering call for accountability at all levels of government- including by Pennsylvania lawmakers,” said Dr. Tekelioglu. “This work reflects our continued solidarity with the people of Gaza and our demand for a U.S. foreign policy grounded in justice.

CAIR’s mission is to protect civil rights, enhance understanding of Islam, promote justice, and empower American Muslims.
