You’ve made the decision to walk to the Rafah border, to bear witness, to use your physical presence to demand a permanent ceasefire, access to aid, and to bring hope to the people of Palestine.

This act is powerful, urgent and deeply human. And with it comes uncertainty, fear, and emotional intensity that no one should have to navigate alone.

Walk With Courage is a 90-minute online gathering to help you feel grounded, connected, and emotionally prepared for the journey ahead.

We’ll create a collective container where you can regulate your nervous system and move through fear. This isn’t about denying fear or bypassing emotion.
It’s about finding a steady place within you to return to… again and again… as you march forward.
