We'll be discussing:

  • What are our goals for this Parliament?

  • Who are our allies — and what's changed since the last Parliament?

  • How do we engage the Bloc Québécois?

  • How do we advance the Vote Palestine demands and encourage the Canada-Palestine Parliamentary Friendship Group to take action?

  • What are the opportunities and challenges around statehood , an arms embargo , imposing sanctions , and anti-Palestinian racism ?

  • How do we leverage shifting global dynamics — including tense relations with Trump's United States and Canada's shift towards Europe?

The conversation will feature:

  • Dania Majid , President of the Arab Canadian Lawyers Association

  • Rachel Small , Canada Organizer with World BEYOND War

  • Alex Paterson , CJPME's Senior Director of Strategy and Parliamentary Affairs

  • Webinar host Saeed Naguib , National Organizer with CJPME

Together, we'll explore how we can seize this political moment to push for meaningful change in Canada's foreign policy.

You'll also learn how to get involved in CJPME's Lobby Corps and our joint campaigns against anti-Palestinian racism (APR) and Canada's arms trade with Israel.

We'll also open up the floor for your questions during a live Q&A. Please note that the presentation will take place in English, but questions in French are welcome. Register below, as space is limited.
