Richmond Youth March for Gaza

Israel kills a child in Gaza every 45 minutes, and since Israel began its brutal war against the people of Gaza 20 months ago, more than 50,000 innocent children have been killed or injured, according to UNICEF. Israeli’s war has destroyed their homes, schools and healthcare facilities. The children of Gaza are being deprived of the joys of childhood and healthy, safe lives by Israel’s genocidal war.

We call on young people of all ages, caregivers, and educators to come together on June 21 at 10 a.m. in Chimborazo Park in solidarity with the children of Gaza. May our voices ring loud and clear until all of us are free and the people of Palestine can live in peace.

We’ll be gathering in Chimborazo Park this Saturday, June 21, at 10 a.m. for a SAFE action to speak out for an end to the genocide in Gaza!

🇵🇸 10 a.m.: Art build for Gaza! We’ll have kites, wings and other for kids to decorate along with other activities

🇵🇸 10:30 a.m.: Brief rally and participatory theater experience with All the Saints Theater

🇵🇸 11 a.m.: March around Chimborazo Park using the park’s paved paths
