Embodiment as Activism: A Conversation with Erin Geesaman Rabke

by CODEPINK

In her poem Wild Geese, Mary Oliver reminds us that "you only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves."Being able to recognize and inhabit our embodied knowledge and loving what we love are potent ways to become more resilient to despair and to embody our most cherished values, while being deeply resourced to act on them. In a world cluttered with distractions and suffering, returning to our embodied experience and honoring our longing for life-giving change empowers us to experience more courage, peace, and a sense of being at home wherever we are. In turn, this supports us in fostering grounded peace and connection in our communities.

Please join us on June 18th, 8 pm ET/5 pm PT for this important discussion and some time for connection.
