Digital Dialogue: From Censorship to Travel Bans: How Students, Activists, and Muslim Communities are Fighting Back Against Trump’s Repression

by Media Justice, Muslims for Just Futures, Virginia Student Power, Fight for the Future

From Trump’s racist travel ban, to universities complying with attacks from Congress, to the ongoing targeting of pro-Palestine voices, this regime is escalating censorship and violence against migrants, Muslims, and student activists. These crackdowns have led to revoking student visas and daylight ICE abductions. None of this would be possible without Big Tech partnerships to expand surveillance and repress free speech.

That’s why we’re back with another Digital Dialogue, in partnership with on-the-ground organizers to support political education and community demands. On June 18th at 7:00 PM ET | 4:00 PM PT, we’re co-hosting: From Censorship to Travel Bans: How Students, Activists, and Muslim Communities are Fighting Back Against Trump’s Repression. In partnership with @fightfortheftr@vastudentpower, and @muslimsforjustfutures, we'll discuss how Muslim communities, students, and activists are resisting the latest aggression against our rights.

Register to learn how you can take action against this latest wave of censorship and state repression.Meeting Registration - Zoom
