Poetry Reading Fundraiser for HEAL Palestine

NYC educators stand up for students, from NYC to Palestine. Gaza’s education system has been nearly erased. Most of the schools have been reduced to rubble, and remaining buildings turned into shelters. Formal learning has come to a standstill, threatening to leave an entire generation without access to education or stability.

HEAL Palestine’s Education Pillar is working to restore hope by rebuilding futures. Through innovative programs in Gaza and Egypt, HEAL is providing immediate access to learning while laying the foundation for long-term recovery. This includes operating safe educational spaces, supporting displaced children with hands-on and trauma-informed learning, fostering connection through creative arts and pen-pal exchanges, and preparing youth to one day help lead their communities.

All proceeds from this event will go directly toward these critical education efforts, helping Palestinian children reclaim their right to learn, grow, and heal.
