Join the Center for Middle Eastern Studies for a conversation with Middle East Initiative Fellows Avner Halperin, Dr. Yasmeen Abu Fraiha, and Noam Alon, as they explore innovative approaches to peacebuilding through healthcare. Drawing on insights from their recent report, "A Healthcare Bridge over Troubled Conflicts", the panel will examine how joint Israeli-Palestinian medical programs are fostering trust, collaboration, and mutual understanding in a region shaped by decades of conflict.

This seminar introduces their analysis on frameworks for using healthcare as a conduit for conflict resolution, highlighting examples of cross-border medical partnerships that unite Jewish Israeli and Palestinian communities.
