Global Palestine Kite Day
Join Families for Ceasefire Philly and @apipennsylvania at FDR Park to fly our kites as part of the Global Palestine Kite Day and to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Bring your own kite or we will provide blank kites for decorating and flying. Kid friendly and all are welcome (no experience necessary!) - spread the word and bring a friend.
While holding the strings of our kites for Palestine we also want to acknowledge the strings of history to the occupied land we are standing on, Lenapehoking of the Lenni-Lenape People.
