 URGENT UPDATES FROM GAZA

In this week’s webinar we start with urgent updates from Gaza as Israel’s campaign of extermination intensifies with widespread starvation and relentless bombing.

SCHOLASTICIDE - We then address scholasticide, the intentional destruction of educational infrastructure and personnel. We will be centering voices from Gaza and the West Bank on the state of schools and universities across Palestine.

We will also consider how scholasticide manifests in higher education in the West through repression, defunding, and the termination of partnerships.

The webinar closes with the rollout of a new Doctors Against Genocide initiative, NABQA HUNA (We Will Stay!), which supports the piloting of reconstruction initiatives in the health and education sectors in Gaza
