RHODE ISLAND: 🇵🇸 Join us on May 17th at the Southside Cultural Center (393 Broad St, Providence, RI) for a night of Palestinian folkdance (Dabke) performances brought to us by Sumud & Karameh Dabke!

Rising from the Rubble has been months in the making, with new choreography, honoring the sumud (steadfastness) of the Palestinian struggle. There is no question of the genocidal violence inflicted by the illegitimate settler state of Israel, but it has not broken the Palestinian people. Gaza will rise from the rubble and we pledge to support rebuilding her.

Doors will open at 6PM! All Ages are welcome 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Light refreshments will be provided.

Tickets with a suggested donation of $10/$15 can also be bought at the door.

All the proceeds raised from the event will go to the @mecaforpeace (Middle East Children’s Alliance) which is providing essential services including shelter, food, clean water, medical and psychological aid, and children’s programming in Gaza.

No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
