People’s Liberation Seder

@foodnotbombsjc is hosting Seder this Saturday in Jersey City! All proceeds raised will go toward the Palestinian mutual aid group, @dahnounmutualaid.

What is a Seder?
Seder means “order.” It is a dinner with a particular order of rituals traditionally held on the first two nights of Passover. Traditional Seders focus on the story of Moses and have a major theme of LIBERATION. At the People’s Liberationist Seder, we’ll still be focusing on LIBERATION. However... Instead of exploring Passover through the story of Moses, we’ll talk about the interconnectedness of Liberationist movements and tie in the traditions and rituals of Passover with the solidarity work we are able to do now.

Our Seder will also be completely vegetarian, (not traditional for Seders, but traditional for Food Not Bombs!) See you then!!
