Screenings of “The Encampments” (multiple showings 3/27 - 3/30 also include Intros and Q & A’s with directors and producers)

“The Encampments” is a film made by BreakThrough Media & Watermelon Pictures documenting the University encampments of 2024 and the struggle for Palestine in the US.

The targeting and abduction of Columbia graduate Mahmoud Khalil (a central figure in the film), and the persecution of countless other immigrant students active in the fight for Palestinian liberation means it is even more critical now to shed light on the truth of the organized student uprising that spread across the U.S.

In the face of repression and intimidation tactics, right now is the time for us all to continue the movement in the streets! We must study the incredible sacrifices of the student movement and apply them now as we continue the struggle against the genocide of the Palestinian people. See this film and see you in the streets!
