Mideast Focus Film Series Continues

Meanwhile, from Seattle, the twelfth annual Mideast Focus Film Series, presented under the auspices of the Bishop's Committee for Justice and Peace in the Holy Land, offers three remaining films. Each will be viewed online and will be followed by these Zoom discussions with guest speakers:

  • Thursday, March 20, 7pm PT / 10pm ET: The Law and the Prophets. Special guest: the film's director, speaker/writer/activist Joshua Vis.

  • Thursday, April 3, 7pm PT / 10pm ET: Where Olive Trees Weep. Special guest: Youth Against Settlements founder Issa Amro.

  • Thursday, April 10, 7pm: Lyd. Special guests: community activists Maher Joudi and Sabrene Odeh.
