THIS SATURDAY, March 15th, there will be ANOTHER Stop the Cuts RALLY in Fairhaven at 12 noon outside of the Fairhaven High School at the intersection of Route 6 (Huttleston Avenue) and Main Street in Fairhaven.

The Trump-Musk administration has announced cuts in just about everything including Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, the TOTAL DISMANTLING of the U.S. Department of Education, including cutbacks in school lunches, extra learning services for those who need it, cuts to veterans' services and attacks on EVERYTHING we have fought for and won over the years that is helpful to working families! It also includes unjustified attacks on our immigrant community which have been helping to make our economy run, privatization of the U.S. Postal Service, illegally cutting hundreds of thousands of Federal Employees, eliminating the Consumer Financial Protection Board (CFPB) which has clawed back BILLIONS of dollars stolen from working people by the big banks and other businesses. And so much more…

Another event this Saturday, March 15th in New Bedford commencing at 11 a.m. at the Buttonwood Park on Rockdale Avenue is a "STAND UP, SPEAK OUT: PROTEST FOR DEMOCRACY" which is being organized by Taylor Patterson and Erin Silva Patterson.  They are requesting that YOU bring signs, friends and your powerful voice!
