Announcing Entrepreneurs for Palestine Official Launch
On February 26th 2025, Tech for Palestine is hosting the official launch of its newest initiative called Entrepreneurs for Palestine. The project aims to mobilize founders and CEOs who support the Palestinian cause and to help them take direct action on a personal level and through their businesses.
The official launch of the initiative will gather some of the leading names in the pro-Palestine tech, startup, and VC ecosystem, such as Fadi Ghandour, Executive Chairman of Wamda and previously co-founder and CEO of Aramex, the first company from the Arab world to be listed on Nasdaq. Other speakers include Miguel de Icaza, founder of Xamarin and Xibbon, and Hosam Arab, founder of the fintech unicorn Tabby.
Entrepreneurs for Palestine has already brought together more than 50 entrepreneurs and ecosystem players across cities like Vancouver, San Francisco, London, Paris, Gaza, Ramallah, Dubai, Islamabad and Sydney. It is currently setting up a smaller initiative called Investors for Palestine which will be run in parallel with the one for entrepreneurs, given how interdependent these two groups are.
