LOVE FOR PALESTINE OUTREACH DAY

City Wide Banner Drops + Unity Rally & March

The Peoples Power Assembly is initiating a citywide day of banner drops for Palestine on Saturday, February 15, 2025. On Valentine’s Day weekend, Baltimore will show its love for Palestine.

We want to demonstrate the unity of Baltimore’s movement for Palestine and compound our visibility and outreach by picking street corners and overpasses all over the city. This ensures that we will reach the largest possible number of people. We are inviting organizations to join us by choosing a location and owning a banner drop.

Each organization will take responsibility for one banner drop between 12 noon and 2 pm. Following successful outreach banner drops, we will join together at a Unity Rally & March, at 3 pm Mckeldin Plaza.

We have prepared a list of possible sites for banner drops that have high visibility in heavily trafficked (whether foot or auto) areas, but of course your organization is welcome to choose a different site. Please sign up for a location or suggest a site you would like to participate at. Don’t feel intimidated—you can participate with as little as 3 people, two to hold a banner or signs and one person to provide relief.

Please let us know as soon as your organization confirms whether or not you can participate. We would like to make a social media post by Saturday, February 1, 2025 with your organization listed. We will then be able to tag and add “collaborators.”

We will be holding a special art build and organizers meeting for participants on Saturday, Feb. 8 (time and exact place to be announced).
