Our hunger strike enters a new phase, as the Global Sumud Flotilla nears Gaza’s shores

In less than a week, Israeli soldiers put 3 Palestinian hospitals in Gaza out of commission, as the Israeli military closes in on Shifa hospital. Conditions are catastrophic! Just yesterday an Israeli drone shot Palestinian physician, Dr. Marwan Abdeen, while on duty in Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis. Meanwhile, the Global Sumud Flotilla approaches the shores of Gaza, where many anticipate it may be intercepted within the next 48 hours, as its international civilian crew aims to break the illegal Israeli blockade of Gaza, by bringing infant formula and supplies for Palestinians dying by forced famine.
Join our press conference, to deliver over 1000 letters urging Senators Warren and Markey to introduce a Senate version of the Block the Bombs bill (HR 3565) to end military aid to Israel, and to stop the genocide in Gaza.

The People’s Hunger Strike mobilized over 35 Massachusetts residents, ranging in age from 24 to 86, to fast in solidarity with Palestine. On Wednesday, we will pass the torch to a national group of educators kicking off a hunger strike next week, as our hunger strike enters a new outward looking phase.
