While we are all appropriately focused on Gaza and, less so, the ethnic cleansing of the West Bank, bigger and momentous changes are overtaking the region that have great implications for the Palestinians and their struggle for their national rights. This webinar will focus on what we consider to be the biggest threat to the Palestinians since the Nakba: Trump's imminent return to the process of normalization which will legitimize Israel's apartheid regime and carries the danger of erasing the Palestinian issue altogether.

Dr Stephen Zunes is a Professor of Politics and International Studies at the University of San Francisco, where he serves as coordinator of the program in Middle Eastern Studies.

Dr Leila Farsakh is a Palestinian political economist who was born in Jordan and is a Professor of Political Science at University of Massachusetts Boston.
