9/26 (in person, Cambridge MA) 7:30pm - Film Screenings: "They Do Not Exist & "Beirut! Not Enough Death to Go Around" (Harvard Undergrad PSC)

Thursday, September 26, 7:30 PM EDT - in person at Lowell House Screening Room, Harvard Univ. Cambridge MA

As recent events make clear, Israel has never contained the violence of Zionism to Palestine. Join PSC on Thursday at 7:30 pm for two films on Palestinian and Lebanese resilience. Both films show us that the people of Palestine and Lebanon have long stood united against the brutality of the Israeli regime, and will remain so. We will watch and discuss:

Mustafa Abu Ali’s 1974 short film ‘They Do Not Exist,’ a portrait of conditions in Lebanon’s Palestinian refugee camps, the effects of Israeli bombardments, and the lives of guerrillas in training camps.

Tahani Rached’s 1982 ‘Beirut! Not Enough Death to Go Around,’ a moving and graphic portrait of the people of Beirut after the 1982 massacres at Sabra and Shatila.
