9/21 (in person, Philadelphia) 10am - Philly Educators for Palestine Street Medic Training

Philly Educators for Palestine Street Medic Training

Join Philly Educators for Palestine on Saturday, September 21st from 10 am - 12 noon to learn basic first aid that you can use if there is an emergency at an action, in your classroom, or around your community. The event will take place at Cedarworks Community Center (4919 Pentridge St.)

We are offering this event — which includes a light breakfast and travel first aid kit for all participants — free of charge. If you would like to make a donation, all proceeds will go to support Nada Shamallkh, a nursing student in Gaza who is trying to raise money to get her family of 8 out. You can use the Racial Justice Philly PayPal (@RJOC2020), Venmo (@PhillyRJOC), or CashApp ($phillyrjoc). Make sure to put “PEFP Medic Training” as the memo!

Space at this training is limited, so please register soon! We will prioritize offering spaces to educators who have been active on the ground and will put these skills to tangible use.
