The Middle East and the U.S. Presidential Election

Join us for a discussion on critical developments in the Middle East facing the next U.S. President. Topics will include the Israel-Hamas War, Iran's political future, and the Syrian refugee crisis in Turkey, among other challenges in the region. Featuring Ghaith al-Omari, Michal Ben-Josef Hirsch, Hadi Kahalzadeh, and Nihal Kayali, and moderated by Eva Bellin.

Michal Ben-Josef Hirsch, associate professor in the Department of Political Science and Legal Studies at Suffolk University and a former senior fellow at the Crown Center

Nihal Kayali, junior research fellow at the Crown Center

Middle Eastern food and refreshments will be served.
