Note: ArabCon is included on the calendar, even though it is taking place in Dearborn MI, because it’s an important convention. I have not yet found any information on virtual options, but if I do I will certainly include them as well. Also, this event is being re-posted as a reminder that it is still upcoming. Students can attend for free and non-profits or vendors can attend at discounted rates.
ArabCon is fast approaching - we hope that you will be joining us September 12 – 15 in Dearborn, MI. The Republican and Democratic National Conventions finished, and neither party values our community, voice, or our vote. It is up to us to mobilize and come together to forge our agenda forward. ArabCon will provide us the space to do this.
This dynamic, multi-day gathering will foster unity and empowerment within the Arab American community, while building alliances with our partners. Over the course of the conference, we will engage in discussions, and collaborate on strategies for positive change.
Full access registration packages are only $159, and that includes the Saturday Evening Gala with special guests Dr. Cornel West, Mayor Abdulla Hammoud, Rula Jebreal, Macklemore, and other surprises to be announced soon.
