8/28 (in person, Cambridge) 7pm - Faith Leaders Against AIPAC (Interfaith Ceasefire)

🗓️ Date: Wednesday, August 28th, 🕒 Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, 📍 Location: University Lutheran Church, Cambridge (66 Winthrop St, Cambridge)

Faith Leaders Against AIPAC

The pro-war lobby is one of the biggest obstacles preventing a lasting ceasefire. To take on organized money, we need organized people.

AIPAC is the country’s most powerful pro-Israel lobby group, advocates for unconditional US support for Israel, and alongside the rest of the pro-war lobby has continued to fuel the genocide in Palestine.

This month, progressive champion Cori Bush—the first representative to sponsor a ceasefire resolution—lost her primary election because of millions of dollars spent by AIPAC to defeat her.

Join us at “Faith Leaders Against AIPAC,” an opportunity for people of all faith backgrounds to come together to learn about the destabilizing politics of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in our democracy, and discuss effective strategies to counteract their continued influence on our electoral system and on the ongoing support for genocide and military support for Israel.
