Our distinguished panelists will be Dr. Alex de Waal, Executive Director of the World Peace Foundation and Author of Mass Starvation: The History & Future of Famine, and Alexander Smith, lawyer and former Senior USAID Advisor on Gender, Maternal Health, Child Health & Nutrition.
