Washington, D.C. | www.adc.org | August , 2024 – ADC is proud to announce the launch of a grassroots, community driven effort, For Community, By Community: The Arab American Policy Agenda. In a critical election year ADC members will be given the opportunity to directly shape and influence the policy positions advocated by the organization. Members can participate in one of two ways – (1) completion of a comprehensive community survey; or (2) join a scheduled community town hall to discuss the Arab American policy agenda with ADC staff.
As the largest grassroots Arab American organization, ADC is dedicated to engaging with, and reflecting, the viewpoints of our grassroots membership. The survey launched by ADC will provide important and detailed information on where our community stands on the issues we face.

The community town halls will be held throughout the month of August, and will provide an opportunity for us to hear directly from you on what policy issues matter most, and what you would like to see the next administration and Congress address. These conversations will influence ADC’s advocacy efforts heading into the election.
Registration for the town halls is required and space is limited, so be sure to sign up today! It is encouraged that those who participate in the town hall also complete the survey. The first session will be held on Tuesday, August 13, at 7:00pm EST.

The feedback and insight provided by participants will be compiled and published under the title of For Community, By Community: The Arab American Policy Agenda. The findings will be released as part of ArabCon - the National Arab American Convention of ADC.
