The Community Alliance for Peace and Justice is hosting a virtual screening of Where Olive Trees Weep on Tuesday, July 9th, at 7pm-8:45pm.
Where Olive Trees Weep offers a searing window into the struggles and resilience of the Palestinian people under Israeli occupation. It explore themes of loss, trauma, and the quest for justice.
The screening will be followed by a live Q and A session on Zoom with Ashira Darwish (executive producer, Palestinian activist, therapist, and one of the main 'characters' featured in the film) at 8:45pm-9:30pm.
