Join local labor unions in DC for a labor-led picket in front of the Wilson Building demanding that the DC Council adopt a ceasefire resolution.

After months of pressure, the Council has yet to take up the issue of a ceasefire resolution, after several of the labor unions in DC have passed resolutions in their locals. Labor recognizes that an injury to one is an injury to all and demands that the Council responds to the carnage and massacres taking place in Gaza which also affects Palestinian residents and workers in DC.

A coalition of labor has come together to lead a morning picket the morning of the last legislative session before summer recess and welcomes the community to participate!
