Reading for Liberation: Summer Intifada - Virtual study group on resistance from Palestine to Amherst
Join Amherst for Palestine this summer for a virtual study group on historical and contemporary resistance movements — from student organizing against the Vietnam War to current armed resistance in Palestine.
We hope to build collective consciousness on Palestine, anti-imperialism, and resistance movements through reading/studying together, and to return to campus organizing with inspiration, grounding, and strategies for a sustained and principled student movement. We will meet once weekly for an hour, on Wednesday 7-8pm. This is a preliminary call for sign-ups, and we will send more information and ask for confirmation soon.
Registration: Summer Intifada: Political Education Reading Group (google.com) (note: there was a request to fill out this form by 6/12, but the form is still live for those wishing to try to register late)
