Grief Circle: Virtual Community Gathering
No matter where we are and what we do, we all need to learn how to navigate through grief in our lifetime. In this virtual gathering, we will spend an hour exploring silence and art-based rituals to mourn for those who lost their lives in Palestine, Ukraine, Sudan, Congo and other parts of the world where war and crisis bring pain and damage communities. We will practice shared witnessing of our experiences to find an expression for pain and embrace it through connection and self-care.
DETAILS:
* We will gather online to spend an hour together and make space for grief
* The session will be conducted in English and include various art modalities
* It will be a structured process in which words are less needed than your presence and aesthetic responses
* The registration is open to all participants, no matter the age and profession
* This event is FREE of charge!
