6/1 (in person, Jamaica Plain MA) 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Support Palestinian Businesses @ the Jamaica Plain Spring Crafts Fair (First Church [UU] & First Baptist Church, Jamaica Plain)

On Saturday, 6/1/24 from 11 to 4, the Social Justice Action Committee of the UU church in Jamaica Plain (6 Eliot Street in JP) in collaboration with First Baptist is hosting a table to help sell items from Palestine that will support Palestinian businesses in Jerusalem/the West Bank.

The items, brought over directly from those businesses, include keffiyahs, woven scarves, soap, olive wood carved items, tatreez embroidered items, and more. Rev. Wiest-Laird brought these items back from her last delegation trip.  This is always a wonderful event with food and drink available as well.  The Bazaar in general is a fundraiser for the church, but the monies for the Palestinian items will go back to Palestine.
