Israel dropped 2,000-pound bombs on Rafah’s humanitarian safe zone over the weekend, murdering over 45 people, the majority of whom were children, women, and elderly people. The U.S. produced these bombs. Our lawmakers voted to send them to Israel. This is a clear violation of the red line that President Biden articulated, and he must take swift action to stop sending US arms to Israel, and to stop the genocide. We are gathering as Jews to say the Mourners Kaddish because we refuse to allow President Biden to claim that he is arming Israel in the name of Jewish safety.
